Ludo

Real-time multiplayer board game

Four people, four different devices, one board that stays in sync. Players create a match and share a six-character room code — no install, no login, no app store. The complete rules engine is written in vanilla JavaScript: turn order, dice, token movement and capture, safe squares and win conditions. Firebase listeners push every move to every client, so the whole thing runs without a backend server of my own. There's in-room chat and audio feedback for rolls and captures.

Drone Zone

Product catalogue web application

A storefront for drone hardware, built on the Next.js App Router in TypeScript. Product listings, individual detail pages for each aircraft, an accessories catalogue, a learn-to-fly section and an about page. The layout runs on reusable typed React components, so a new product page is a new route rather than a new copy of the chrome. Media-heavy pages lean on the Next.js image and font pipelines to stay fast.

Off-Route

Hackathon build — KMC Hackverse

A tourism companion app for Nepal, built with a small team over a hackathon weekend. It surfaces under-visited destinations to push travel beyond the usual Pokhara–Chitwan circuit, and runs a two-sided guide marketplace where local guides register a profile and tourists book them directly. Safety was the part we cared most about: an emergency SOS button, plus a fallback locator that estimates a lost traveller's position from cellular network data when GPS and mobile data have both dropped out.

Drone Zone Launch

Launch site for the drone catalogue

A separate Next.js and TypeScript front end for the drone-zone launch, focused on the marketing surface rather than the catalogue: hero, product highlights and a clean deploy pipeline to Vercel.
